Andatech Black Friday / Cyber Monday Sale: 20% Off - Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Andatech Black Friday / Cyber Monday 20% Off Sale (the "Promotion") advertised and run by Andatech Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 50 112 552 248) ("Andatech"). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Promotion Details
  • Offer: Eligible customers will receive twenty percent (20%) off the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of selected personal breathalysers only.
  • Discount Application: The discount will be applied at the checkout using the designated promotional code (e.g., BFCM20) or applied automatically to all eligible products during the Promotional Period.
  • Eligibility: The Promotion is valid for all retail customers making purchases through the Andatech online store. Wholesale, reseller, and corporate account purchases are generally excluded unless explicitly approved by an Andatech Sales Manager.
  1. Promotional Period
  • The Promotion will commence at 12:00 AM AEDT on Monday, 17th November and conclude at 11:59 PM AEDT on Monday, 1st December (the "Promotional Period").
  • All orders must be placed, and payment must be successfully processed, within the Promotional Period to be eligible for the discount. No extensions will be granted.
  1. Exclusions

The 20% discount is valid only on selected personal breathalysers and is not applicable to the following product categories, items, or services:

  • Excluded Products:
    • Workplace Handheld Breathalysers (including but not limited to AlcoLimit, Prodigy, or similar professional models).
    • Wall-Mounted Breathalysers (e.g., Andatech Soberlive FRX).
    • All Drug Test Kits/Supplies (Saliva, Urine, etc.).
    • All Thermal Cameras.
    • All Interlock Breathalysers.
    • All Breathalyser Accessories (e.g., mouthpieces, sampling cups, cases).
  • Services: All service-based offerings, including but not limited to:
    • Breathalyser Calibration and Servicing.
    • On-site Drug and Alcohol Testing Services.
    • Management Plans (e.g., Service, Subscription, or Calibration plans).
    • Data Management System (Andalink) subscriptions or setup fees.
    • Policy Consultation Services.
  • Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Orders deemed to be for resale or in bulk quantities (as determined by Andatech) may not be eligible for the discount.
  • Shipping Costs: The discount applies only to the product RRP and excludes shipping charges.
  1. General Conditions
  • Combinability: The 20% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, coupon code, or special pricing (e.g., clearance prices, bundle discounts) unless expressly stated otherwise by Andatech.
  • Stock: The Promotion is subject to product availability. Andatech reserves the right to limit quantities of products sold. If a product becomes out of stock during the Promotional Period, no rainchecks will be offered.
  • Amendments and Cancellation: Andatech reserves the right to vary, suspend, or cancel the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
  • Pricing: The discount will be applied to the current RRP displayed on the website. In the event of a pricing error, Andatech reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if the order has been confirmed.
  • No Cash Value: The discount is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or store credit.
  1. Returns and Warranties
  • Standard Policies Apply: All purchases made during the Promotional Period are subject to Andatech’s standard 30-Day Returns Policy and product warranties (including the Andatech Guarantee on breathalysers), as published on the Andatech website.
  • Refund Value: If an eligible product purchased under this Promotion is returned for a refund, the customer will be refunded the actual amount paid for the product (i.e., the discounted price), not the original RRP.
  • Faulty Goods: Statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty or damaged goods remain unaffected.
  1. Shipping
  • Andatech’s standard shipping policy applies. Customers are entitled to Free Standard Shipping for online orders above A$500 (calculated on the discounted total, excluding calibration fees or other excluded services).
  • Shipping times are subject to carrier capacity and may experience minor delays due to the high volume of orders during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale period.
