What is the Andalink management plan?

The Andalink Management Planan is a pre-paid, yearly subscription plan for Andalink-compatible breathalysers. At the moment, this includes the Prodigy 3, Soberlive, Soberlive FR, and Soberlive FRX breathalysers.

Each yearly Andalink management plan includes calibrations, storage for test records, priority customer support and other premium benefits. Additionally, you'll enjoy more convenient calibrations, and help ensure that your breathalyser's accuracy is maintained. Read on to find out more.

 

What happens when I'm on the Andalink Management Plan ?

(1) Andalink account and dedicated support manager setup

Andalink Account Boost

Your Andalink account details will be provided with your device when it's shipped out. With the Andalink Management Plan, your account will enjoy an upgrade on your Andalink-compatible device with a boosted storage space for 10,000 test records per device per month.

 

Support Manager

You'll be introduced to a dedicated account manager who will assist you with anything IT or support-related - from re-ordering, to troubleshooting for your device to assisting you with your Andalink account. We'll take the necessary steps to ensure you enjoy premium support and efficient service from us.

 

 

(2) Your breathalyser calibrations will be covered for the year.

STEP 1

Confirm your shipping address

A few weeks before your calibration is due, we will send you an email to confirm that your shipping address is still correct.

You just need to click a button in the email to confirm or update your address.

 

STEP 2

Send your breathalyser / sensor back

Once you confirm your address in Step 1 and depending on which unit you have:

Prodigy 3 - You'll receive an email with a return label. Print this out and send your Prodigy 3 back to us for calibration.

Soberlive / FR - We'll send out a calibrated sensor to you first. After you receive it, send your old sensor back to us in the included parcel bag.

 

 

Why sign up for the Andalink Management Plan?

We understand that you may not have the time or process in place to ensure that this is maintained on a regular basis, or keep track of calibration due dates when you have other tasks on hand. Our calibration management solution aims to ease the process of maintaining your breathalyser calibrations while saving you time and money.

 

NO REMINDER REQUIRED

No need to manually book in your calibration every time it's due. For the Prodigy 3, we'll email you with the postage label so all you have to do is send the breathalyser back. For the Soberlive/FR, we'll post out a calibrated sensor to you first!

How do I sign up for the Andalink Management Plan?

Step 1 - Please check that you fulfill all these requirements

We email the reminders and shipping labels to you!

You have an Andalink-compatible breathalyser

At the moment, this includes the Prodigy 3, Soberlive, and Soberlive FR breathalysers.

Step 2 - Complete the checkout process and wait for our confirmation emails or Contact our Sales team

Talk to your account manager or contact our sales team to put through an order.

If checking out online, be sure to complete all the fields requested before you checkout and to include your email address as well.

Once we've received your order, our team will set you up in our management plan system within 24 business hours.

You'll get an order confirmation email from our website to confirm your purchase.

Then, within 24 business hours, someone from our team will email you to confirm that your management plan has been set up.

If any details are missing, we'll call or email you first.

PRODIGY 3 CALIBRATION

For the Prodigy 3, we will email you a return label when your calibration due date is near. You'll need to print out the label, send your unit back to us, and we'll calibrate it within 2 business days of receiving it. We include mouthpieces, a calibration certificate and shipping insurance** which covers the breathalyser in the event of loss or damage during transit.

2. You pack your breathalyser and send it back to us.

3. We calibrate it within 2 business days of receiving it and send it back to you with a calibration certificate and a new pack of 100 mouthpieces.

*Test results on Andalink will include those already stored on the device. This is because all records are synced between the device and Andalink. Once the storage limit has been reached on the device or on Andalink, the oldest records will be erased first and replaced with the newest records to ensure continuous recording.

**Shipping Insurance / Replacement Guarantee: Andatech will replace or repair your breathalyser/sensor once it has been verified as lost or damaged during the transit process by Australia Post. However, you must use the correct return label provided by Andatech for the calibration return.

Frequently Asked Questions

What shipping method is used and how fast is it?

Australia Post Standard Registered eParcel Post is used.

Delivery times depend on your location. In general, Australia Post's delivery times are:

Sending to same state: 
Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days

Sending interstate: 
Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
Country - Please ask at your local Post Office

 

What's the calibration process if I don't sign up for a management plan?

You'd need to book in a calibration on My Andatech manually every 6 months, or give us a call to do so for you.

I just signed up for a management plan. What do I do now?

Awesome! You don't have to do anything until your next calibration is due.

Here's what usually happens after you buy a plan:

1) Order confirmation email - You'll receive an order confirmation email almost immediately in your email inbox. If you didn't receive this, please check your junk mail as system-automated emails sometimes end up there.

2) Successful setup email - Within the next business day, someone from our team will email you with a confirmation that your management plan has been set up. If you did not receive this after 2 business days, do let us know so we can check this for you.

3) Calibration due - Roughly 2 weeks before your calibration is due, we will send you an email asking you to confirm that your shipping address is correct. Once this is confirmed, we will send the calibrated sensor out to you.

Notes:

- Calibration is due every 6 months, starting from the date of purchase or your last calibration date.

- Therefore, if your unit was calibrated or purchased MORE than 6 months ago, then we will initiate the next calibration almost immediately after it's been set up.

- You do not have to do anything else as this is done automatically for you for 2 calibrations in 1 year after you've signed up for a sensor management plan.

I've signed up but haven't received any emails from you?

Didn't receive order confirmation email:

Your email address might have been typed in wrongly or your order was not completed successfully.

Please contact us by phone or email with your details so we can sort this out for you.

Didn't receive setup successful email (after 2 business days):

We might be missing some information from you and were unable to contact you or haven't heard back from you. One of our team members would have contacted you via email, so do check your inbox from any emails from support@andatech.com.au.

Didn't receive email asking to confirm my shipping details:

Your calibration might not yet be due, or the email landed in your junk or spam inbox (this happens sometimes as the email is system generated).

You have not confirmed your shipping details, or the email landed in your junk or spam inbox (this happens sometimes as the email is system generated).

Will my Andalink subscription be renewed automatically?

No, it will not be renewed automatically.

Before your plan expires, we will send you an email asking you if you would like to renew your plan for an additional year.

If you do want to renew it, you can click the button in the email and complete the payment process.

(We do not keep your payment details for security purposes, so you will have to put in your payment details again).

What happens to my test records on Andalink if I don't renew my plan?

Prodigy 3:

You will have 1 month from the expiry date to export your test records from Andalink. However the exported data will not include the photos taken. Test records stored on the device will still remain on the device.

Your Andalink login will then be deactivated.

We recommend you sign up for a calibration management plan to maintain your device's calibrations.

Soberlive:

Your test records will not be deleted and your Andalink login will still be active.

Soberlive FR / FRX:

You will have 1 month from the expiry date to export your test records from Andalink. However the exported data will not include the photos taken. Test records stored on the device will still remain on the device.

Your Andalink account will still be active but it will be downgraded to the free plan.

I want to calibrate my unit earlier than the due date. Can I do that?

Please contact us either by email or by phone, then we will initiate the next calibration service for you under your management plan.

 

Must I sign up to the Andalink Plan to get my device calibrated regularly?

You can sign up for just a calibration management plan for your device.
