For personal breathalysers, the Andatech Guarantee extends the standard manufacturer's warranty terms & conditions for up to a lifetime, for as long as the breathalyser's 6-monthly calibrations are maintained.
Eligible models include AlcoSense Verity, Stealth, Nexus, Elite 3, Elite 3 BT, Zenith+, Novo breathalysers
For workplace breathalysers, the Andatech Guarantee extends the standard manufacturer's warranty terms & conditions for up to 8 years on the sensor only, for as long as the breathalyser's 6-monthly calibrations are maintained.
Eligible models include Andatech Prodigy S, Prodigy 2S, Prodigy 3, Surety, Sentry, Soberpoint 3, Soberlive FRX, Accesspoint breathalysers

Calibrate your breathalyser every 6 months from the date of purchase and your breathalyser will be covered by the Andatech Guarantee for as long as the calibrations are maintained.
Guarantee T&Cs
- You must register your product warranty on CalTrace within 6 weeks of purchase. You can register the serial number as well as upload your proof of purchase to CalTrace. By registering your product, you'll also get calibration reminders every 6 months for your unit.
*For workplace breathalysers: Product registration is not required if you purchased from Andatech directly as your breathalyser will be registered with us during the pre-sales calibration. - You must calibrate your breathalyser with Andatech every 6 months from the date of purchase.
The breathalysers must be sent back to Andatech's Melbourne center for calibration. This is important as it's when our technicians can inspect your breathalyser and maintain its accuracy and condition.
*This includes all breathalysers under a calibration management plan.
*For wall-mounted breathalysers, this includes replaceable sensors calibrated by us. - No additional purchase is necessary in order for your breathalyser to be eligible for the Guarantee, as long as all other conditions are fulfilled.
- This covers products in Australia only.
- Calibrations must be performed by an Andatech technician.
- All terms, conditions and exclusions of our standard manufacturer's warranty apply.
- If a unit cannot be repaired, we reserve the right to replace the unit with a current equivalent model.
- Units not calibrated within 7 months from the date of purchase or last calibration will lose eligibility for the extended warranty.
- For personal breathalysers, the warranty is not transferable if the breathalyser is sold.

You must calibrate your breathalyser every 6 months to be eligible for the Andatech Breathalyser Guarantee.

If you don't calibrate your breathalyser, your unit will be covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty, which is:
3 years for AlcoSense personal breathalysers
3 years for Andatech workplace breathalysers

In order to be covered by the Andatech Breathalyser Guarantee (which extends the standard manufacturer's warranty), you must calibrate your unit every 6 months from the date of purchase.
Units not calibrated to fulfil this condition are still covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty, but are ineligible for the Andatech Breathalyser Guarantee.

Your unit may qualify for the Andatech Guarantee as long as the unit has been calibrated regularly with Andatech.
Note that international users are responsible for shipping costs to and from our office and locations outside of Australia.

The Andatech Guarantee is only valid for breathalysers that have been calibrated with Andatech. This ensures that each breathalyser has been checked and inspected by authorised technicians.
To validate your unit's eligibility under the Guarantee, we can only consider a unit's calibration history with Andatech's calibration centres.

The standard warranty applies to all units sold by Andatech.
The Andatech Guarantee:
- applies for AlcoSense personal breathalysers and Andatech workplace breathalysers,
- extends the standard warranty, and
- is dependent on regular and consistent calibration.

If a unit is calibrated within one month of its due date, we will honour the extension of your warranty under the Andatech Guarantee.
I received a replacement breathalyser under the Andatech Guarantee. What warranty do I have on it?
I received a replacement breathalyser under the Andatech Guarantee. What warranty do I have on it?
If you returned a breathalyser and we replaced it for you under warranty, the remaining original warranty and any extended guarantee from your previous unit will be transferred to your replacement unit.
If you returned a breathalyser under warranty and upgraded (and paid) for a new unit, then your new unit will be treated as a new purchase and will be covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty.
