Terms and Conditions
- The campaign runs until 31 March 2025. 10 qualified participants will be announced 7 days after the campaign ends.
- This campaign is open to individuals who own an Andatech GT Breathalyser and can provide a valid proof of purchase (tax invoice).
- Participants must be 18 years or older and reside in Australia.
- Employees of Andatech and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Participants must create a public Instagram post featuring a photo or video demonstrating how they use their Andatech GT Breathalyser to promote responsible driving.
- The post must include the hashtag #PassTheKey #AndatechGT and tag @andatech.au.
- Participants must submit their valid tax invoice and a link to their Instagram post via DM to be eligible.
- 10 qualified participants who meet the requirements will receive a $250 credit to their Australian bank account.
- Andatech reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any submission that does not meet the campaign requirements.
- By participating, entrants agree that Andatech may share, repost, or use submitted content (photo/video and caption) for promotional purposes on Andatech’s social media, website, or marketing materials.
- Andatech reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
- Any fraudulent or misleading entries will result in disqualification.
- Personal information collected during this campaign will be used solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility and processing refunds in accordance with Andatech’s Privacy Policy.
