Melbourne, November 2nd 2023 - Safety and Wellness solutions provider Andatech was recently awarded the Whitehorse Excellence in Business Awards for Innovation, in the medium-sized business category.
The honour marked a significant milestone for Andatech as the company won in the medium-sized business category after previously taking home honours in the Small Business Awards.
The company received this award in recognition of the Prodigy 3 handheld workplace breathalyser, and the Caltrace and Andalink system that benefits Andatech’s customers and administrators by efficiently collecting, storing and retrieving breath alcohol data.
These products and services from Andatech reflect a leap forward in alcohol testing technology, ensuring precision, reliability, and user-friendly operations. Aligned with Andatech’s core values of innovation and excellence, these features help ensure customers receive only the most exceptional and innovative products from Andatech.
Irwandy Tan, CEO and Founder of the company expressed gratitude for this honour. In his acceptance speech, he reflected on Andatech’s journey which began over 20 years ago in 2003 and how it has grown into an international drug and alcohol testing solutions provider.
“I would like to thank everyone in the Andatech team that has put in the hard work to help make this honour a reality. We’ve worked hard and had to overcome challenges, and that is my key takeaway from this, as a company we have to work together to overcome all the challenges that come our way,” he said.
The award ceremony, held on October 27th at The Round in Nunawading was hosted by homegrown comedian Anthony ‘Lehmo’ Lehmann. This annual event brought together businesses, entrepreneurs, and innovators from various sectors across the city of Whitehorse.
The Whitehorse Excellence in Business Awards is the second award win for the Melbourne based organisation this year following the Australian Business Award for Product Innovation (Business Products) earlier this year.
