Partner Model

Choosing how to run a workplace testing program is as much a commercial decision as an operational one. Andatech's Partner Model page sets out the three ways organisations typically structure that relationship, so you can match the commercial model to how your team owns, funds and coordinates the program — before you lock in a scope.

There are three starting points: Fully Managed, where Andatech coordinates a broader agreed scope across program technology, implementation, servicing and review, suited to organisations seeking ongoing coordination; One-Time Purchase, where your organisation owns the equipment outright and adds training, calibration, software or implementation services as needed, suited when a capital purchase aligns with your procurement process; and Lease or Subscription, where equipment and related services are accessed through a recurring commercial arrangement with terms confirmed by quote, suited when predictable recurring costs are preferred. Before recommending a scope, Andatech also asks a short set of questions covering workforce size, number of sites, who runs the program today, and how you'd prefer to fund it.

Working through these questions upfront means the commercial model is matched to your actual operating reality — workforce size, site spread, internal ownership and funding preference — rather than defaulting to a one-size-fits-all agreement. That reduces the risk of re-negotiating terms later and gives your procurement, finance and operations stakeholders a clear, comparable view of what each model includes.
