1. Collect sample & record temperature

Collect urine sample in the cup. Record the temperature and verify that it is within range (32-38°C).
2. Secure lid

Attach the test panel lid to the cup with the collected sample, ensuring correct alignment to prevent cross-threading and leakage.
Important: Cap lid must be secured tightly by twisting the lid a quarter turn AFTER the lid is snug.
3. Tilt to run

Tilt the cup to run the test. Place the cup on its side and read the results after 5 minutes.
4. Read results

Wait 5 minutes before reading positive results.
Do not read results past 10 minutes.
